All Juan, all the time.

I have been a little slow getting to the Juan Williams situation. I have some videos of my own that I wanted to edit and upload before I posted. That is taking longer than expected, so it is time to go with what is there and add more as it gets done.

Juan Williams was fired from National Public Radio, allegedly for something he said on Fox's Bill O'Reilly show. It is probably much closer to the truth to say that he was fired from NPR for appearing on Fox at all. Those tolerant, compassionate people on the left HATE Fox News. The question now is, are Mara Liasson's days numbered?

This first video is Juan telling Fox about his firing. Look how shocked he is. He thought those people at NPR were his friends.

You will hear the contents of this next video referred to in later video, so this is here to show what they are talking about.

This next is Juan on the Bill O'Reilly Factor, Thursday October 21, 2010:

This next video is Juan HOSTING the Bill O'Reilly Factor on Friday, October 22:

This next is Juan being discussed on Special Report with Bret Baier, Thursday, October 22:

This next is a video from Inside Washington. I was especially looking forward to this show because;
1) It is on PBS, the television arm of NPR,
2) I love Charles Krauthammer's commentary,
3) Nina Totenburg is on the panel with Charles.

Keep in mind, analysts analyze, journalists report, supposedly without opinion. This is what Charles means when he says the bar should be higher for Nina (a 'journalist' for NPR) than for Juan Williams, who was an analyst for NPR. But Nina still has a job at NPR. What's the difference? She doesn't appear on Fox . . .

More to come . . .
